Written Conference registration canceled on or before January 1, 2024 is refundable but subject to a $75 administrative fee. Refunds will be issued 60 days post completion of the meeting.

Registrants canceling on or after January 2, 2024 will not receive a refund but are able to transfer their registration to another individual. Please contact [email protected] to transfer a registration.

In the event Kukuna O Ka La must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, Kukuna-O-Ka-La will refund the registration costs within 60 days of cancellation.

No registration refunds will be given for failure to attend, late arrival or early departure from the meeting.

Cancelling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel reservation. To cancel your hotel reservation, please contact the hotel directly.
